HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 35 am Relating to urging the                                             
United States Congress to amend the tax code to permanently repeal                                  
the estate tax, was read the third time.                                                            
                                                                                                    
Senator Phillips, Rules Committee Chair, moved and asked unanimous                                  
consent that the bill be referred to the Finance Committee. Without                                 
objection, the bill was referred to the Finance Committee.
